He advises clients on complex property ventures, including planning agreements, site assembly, and disposal strategies such as pre-sales and pre-lets. His expertise covers major commercial property projects that often involve intricate options and conditional contracts.

Michael has a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential development ventures. His practice encompasses commercial leases, lease agreements, franchise arrangements, and Landlord & Tenant law. He also has significant experience in structuring joint ventures and handling retail mixed-use office and industrial schemes.

Tax Planning & Private Client

Beyond property, Michael’s expertise extends to lifetime and estate tax planning, trusts, and related private client work. He has many years of experience advising on the legal aspects of taxation issues, particularly when individuals are in dispute with HMRC.
